What to include
- If something did not work: the name of the tool, the browser and device you used (for example "Chrome on Android"), and what you saw on the screen.
- If you want a new tool: what you are trying to do and how you do it today.
Please do not send us your files
Our tools never upload your documents, and we would rather not receive them by email either. Describe the problem instead. If we need an example, we will ask for a file with nothing private in it.
We usually reply within a few days.
